Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Be Mobile Labs Ltd.(“Viseda”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of the Viseda platform, websites, APIs, and documentation (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Viseda. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe, and for anything done under your account. Notify us immediately at security@viseda.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person, one account. Sharing seats between users is not allowed.

You retain all rights to the records, files, messages, and other data you and your team put into Viseda (“Your Content”). We claim no ownership over it.

You grant Viseda a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train external AI models.

You agree not to use Viseda to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages via the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits, unless explicitly permitted by our API terms.
• Upload malware, or use the Service to distribute or store illegal content.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without a written reseller agreement.

Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually) at the pricing shown on viseda.io/pricing at the time of your last renewal. Metered add-ons (AI credits, agents, extra workspaces) are billed in arrears.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We charge VAT / GST where required by your billing jurisdiction.

Failed payments will trigger dunning notifications. If payment is not resolved within 14 days, your workspace may be downgraded or suspended until it is.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access to Growth-tier features and no credit card required. When the trial ends, you'll be asked to pick a plan. If you don't, your workspace goes read-only for 30 days (data preserved), then archived.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

We don't refund partial months, but we don't play games with data either — you can export everything you put in, up to 30 days after cancellation.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime across all tiers. Scale and Enterprise customers get SLA-backed uptime and response commitments — see your order form for specifics.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Emergency maintenance may happen without notice when needed to protect the Service or your data.

Viseda integrates with third-party services (Slack, Gmail, Stripe, etc.). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. If you disable an integration, we stop syncing data with it, but data already exchanged may remain in that third-party system.

The Service, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Viseda and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Nothing here transfers ownership of the Service to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI features rely on probabilistic models and may produce inaccurate output. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viseda's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Viseda in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

You may terminate anytime. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. On termination, your access ends and Your Content is deleted per our retention schedule (see the Privacy Policy).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, unless your local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice and email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
